Return Policy

We want to make the return process as easy as possible in case you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility & Potential Fees:

  • Returns can be made within 15 days from the date you received all items in the same order.
  • Your return package must be mailed out within 14 days from the date we sent you the return instructions.
  • All items must be unworn, in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Hygiene stickers (if any) must be intact.
  • Items that appear to have been washed or altered will not qualify for a refund.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable in most cases.
  • Unfortunately, we will not cover the return shipping unless it's a quality issue or a problem with the order.

How to Start a Return:

Note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

How to Ship the Item(s) Back:

  • Contact us to initiate a return request, and we will send you detailed return instructions within 6 hours.
  • Pack all items you want to return with their original packaging and include a slip with the order number written.
  • Choose the most economical shipping method available at your location with a tracking number.
  • Once shipped, let us know the tracking number, and we will follow up upon receiving the package at our facilities.

Where is My Refund:

  • After your return request is processed, expect up to 7 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Items Not Accepted for Return:

  1. Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies.
  2. Items with broken hygiene seals.
  3. Final Sale items.
  4. Made-to-order items. Custom-made items.
  5. Other non-returnable items: swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, and pet supplies.

Important Information:

  • Expedited shipping time cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season.
  • Do not send the return package to the sender's address on your package; use the address on the shipping label.
  • Ensure you don't include non-Greatnfb items in your return package; we are not responsible for returning those items to you.
  • The express shipping fee cannot be refunded for personal reasons.
  • No refunds for holiday-related items due to late arrival; buy them at least 20 days before the holiday.
  • We have multiple warehouses worldwide, and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Request order cancellation promptly; once the package is sent, we can't recall it.
